The votes from among seven eligible candidates for the five open seats were as follows:

• Janet Burns
• Jim Grazko
• Gwen Maxwell-Williams
• Enas Muzio
• Venkat Rangamani 
• Darci Ulin
• Daniel Takacs

This means your five elected Board of Directors for the 2006 election were: Janet Burns, Jim Grazko, Gwen Maxwell-Williams, Venkat Rangamani, and Darci Ulin.

Shortly before the election was closed we received word that Janet Burns would be relocating out of state and if elected would not be able to fill that seat. Once the results where certified it was identified that Janet Burns was elected and the Board now had a vacancy to address. The Board, per the by-laws, has the right to appoint a replacement to fill this vacancy. The individual that is appointed serves until the next scheduled annual meeting, at which time they would have to run for reelection. The Board chose to appoint Enas Muzio to fill that position, as they felt she was the most qualified candidate.

In addition, following the first Board of Directors meeting on January 9th, one of the elected members chose to resign due to personal commitments. This now leaves an additional seat to fill on the Board of Directors.

The Board is now accepting applications to fill the current vacancy on the Board. If you are interested in the position please submit your application to   by August 2nd.
